Housing Rehab Pro™ NRI contains all of the cost data from the National Renovation & Insurance Repair Estimator, and combined with key cost data from Craftsman's National Construction Estimator, it will give your housing rehabilitation program over 11,000 of individual cost items from which to choose.
All costs are adjusted to the zip code selected by the user so your cost estimates can match the local cost environment.
Choose overhead/profit percentages to match your contractor base.
Produce key housing rehabilitation documents: Cost Estimate, Bid Document, Bid Tabulation and Draw Inspection. All organized by trade or area.
A comprehensive General Specifications Manual is included which you can edit to meet your programs' requirements. The manual includes specifications for lead-based paint interim controls and abatement.
All Housing Rehab Pro™ NRI users with current software service agreements (additional cost) will receive the most recent version of the National Renovation & Insurance Repair Estimator cost data.
Desktop, Tablet PC and Laptop computers are not included.

The Multi-User Edition of Housing Rehab Pro™ allows for the creation, viewing, editing and printing of key housing rehabilitation documents (Work Write-Ups, Cost Estimates, Bids, Bid Tabulations, and Draw Inspections). Database management tools are included to manage internal construction cost estimates. Contractor bid costs are averaged over time to use as a comparison to in-house cost estimates, allowing housing rehabilitation staff to save time and produce accurate cost estimates.
Cost estimates are tailored for each project by choosing overhead and profit percentages and the specific difficulty for each item. Overhead and profit percentage can be set globally and used for all items, or individually adjusted. For example, lead-based paint items can be input at a higher overhead and profit figure.
The Housing Rehab Pro™ database is composed of a master database (stored on a server) and a replica (stored on the user's machine). All data may be synchronized at convenient times. This allows all users to benefit from the bid data of all replica databases.
Housing Rehab Pro™ Multi-User Edition can be taken on-site through the use of a Tablet PC or laptop computer. A hard copy Inspection Checklist can be generated if a Tablet PC or Laptop computer is not available or desired on-site.
Users must maintain the cost data using local bid data collected using the Housing Rehab Pro™ software. The cost data provided with this version of Housing Rehab Pro™ is not current. For current cost data, use Housing Rehab Pro™ - NRI.
